Deliveries to UK mainland normally take 24 hours after despatch depending on stock availability. We aim to despatch orders the same day if order placed before 1.30pm

All courier deliveries must be signed for by the customer on receipt of items. Deliveries will not be left without a signature, the courier will leave a calling card with contact details and the local depot information.
If delivery is attempted and no one is at the address to take the order a calling card will be left. It is up to the customer to contact the courier and arrange redelivery to the same address. This will be done free of charge. If the customer rearranges to a different delivery address there will be an additional delivery charge.
Orders that have been attempted but not delivered will remain at the couriers depot for a short period of time awaiting customer contact. If the customer does not arrange redelivery or collection and the goods have to be returned to our site from the couriers depot there will be a further delivery charge to redeliver items.
